This permanent residential roof anchor is designed to be installed during roof construction and left installed upon completion of the roof. It provides protection to the roofer and then to the homeowner.

  • Simply install by clamping onto joist, rafter, etc. (roof member)
  • Complete with flashing to prevent water leakage through the roof during construction
